Please add Hagezi's Dynamic DNS, Badware Hoster and Most Abused TLDs list

In the Hagezi's Github Recommendation section, it is stated that, in addition to the ControlD's already added Threat Intelligence Feeds list, enhancing protection against malicious activities is suggested by including the Dynamic DNS, Badware Hoster, and Most Abused TLDs lists.

I hope Control D has plans in the future to set up more servers in the Asia region.

Feature request: Create an OpenWRT Luci interface for the ctrld utility

To simplify the ctrld utility usage, I'd like to see a Luci interface created for ctrld with at least the most basic of settings created for the people running OpenWRT. This way it can be setup easily even by people who do not have any terminal knowledge. Not only would this open up for more people to use the ctrld utility, but ControlD lacks this compared with other services such as NextDNS who offers this.

Feature request: Include ctrld utility in the OpenWRT repo

I'd like to see OpenWRT include the ctrld utility so an install can be done from the Luci interface from the default repo. NextDNS is already included and ControlD is noticably lacking.

Failed to create or modify custom rules

I keep getting the response "Failed to create or modify custom rules" when trying to unblock or block domains. Why is that and how can I fix it?

How does the router device have any clients with 'N/A' in their MAC address?

It seems that even with the 1.3.3 update today there are still times when the router is creating 'clients' (viewed by going to the ControlD website, clicking on Analytics, selecting the Router device, and clicking on the list of clients inside it) where they don't have a MAC address.
