GL inet router, with ControlD DNS over HTTP, while VPN turned on

I am using GL inet router. I installed ctrld daemon through shell and see it working with Clients being listed on controld.com and DNS being reflected on dnsleaktest.com However, as soon I start vpn on my router, the DNS of VPN takes over. I want to use controld DNS servers while connected to vpn.

The option Allow Custom DNS to Override VPN DNS doesn't work in this case ofcourse.

Encrypted DNS over TLS with ControlD native integration also doesn't work for me because LAN Clients info. is not pushed.

I am using Windscribe. However, the problem is I do not want to override DNS servers in wireguard configuration. Because that will again skip the ctrlddaemon usage. I tried putting 127.0.0.1/ 127.0.0.1#53 in the vpn config, but the errors out saying it's invalid.
