It is frankly jarring to see Google reCAPTCHA being used here. Considering ControlD and Windscribe are services built entirely around the concept of user privacy, relying on Google for bot detection seems like a massive contradiction.

So before the DoT update control d had feature (that most other dns providers still have) which is when you set your legacy dns like 76.76.2.1xx on your device it automatically attemps to send queries over port 853 rather than 53 (Private dns) and it was a great combination with DDns

Please add the blocklist for Hagezi Badware hosters. This would significantly enhance protection against shadow software, phishing, and malware by blocking these hosts.

I was using the API to track what the last_activity field was and thus to know if a client was actually connect to controld, but at some point - I think around yesterday some point, the field has been removed from the API output.

It would be awesome to have a new folder that syncs across profiles.
The idea is simple:
Any domain added to a Sync Folder automatically appears in that same folder in every profile or in selected profiles if you add a checkbox for that.

It would be nice if ControlD added hagezi's most abused TLDs blocklist as an official third-party filter.
Right now I can block every TLD manually, but maintaining hundreds of entries myself is a pain and creates a ton of false-positive work whenever hagezi updates his list.

I would love to see a built-in phishing domain hunter in ControlD, something like dnstwist but directly integrated.
It could automatically scan for newly registered typosquats, homographs, bitsquats and block them

I understand why some features are limited to organizations, but this one would be especially helpful for parents who use the service as a filter for their kids. Having a daily report of what their children attempted to access, both allowed and blocked, would make monitoring much easier.
