Support Request – UMC100 Modbus RTU Communication Issue

We are currently working on integrating the UMC100 motor controller using Modbus RTU communication. However, we are unable to receive any data from the device despite the following configurations:

Communication via MRP21-FBP module over RS-485
Slave address set correctly via the UMC100 LCD
Modbus client (Rockwell PLC / third-party) configured with matching baud rate, parity, and unit ID
Proper wiring and termination confirmed
Gateway (e.g., Phoenix FL COM RS) shows connection but no data exchange

Could you please advise if any additional parameterization or configuration is required (e.g., Device Description File, Modbus enablement) on the UMC100 to allow Modbus RTU communication?

We would appreciate your guidance and any relevant documentation to help resolve this issue.
