FEATURE request - add exception for a blocking custom rules

Please consider adding an option to allow exceptions within blocking rules that use wildcards.

Example scenario:
Let’s say I have a blocking rule like abc.*.domain.com, but I want to allow a specific subdomain such as abc.data.domain.com. Currently, the block rule takes precedence—even if an allow rule is defined—causing the site to be blocked regardless.

Introducing an exception mechanism for wildcard-based block rules would provide more flexibility and avoid unintended blocking of valid subdomains.
