[Feature Request] Implement rulesets which can be added to the profiles

Hi, I was wondering if you could implement rulesets which can be created (URLs to be bypassed, etc), then the ruleset can be added to the profiles.

I currently have a list of 11 URLs to be bypassed, which are manually added to some of my profiles. Each time I need to add/remove a new/existing URL, I have to repeat the add process in 3 other profiles. If these rules could be managed as a ruleset, I can just add the ruleset to those 4 profiles, and just modify the ruleset instead of having to go to each profile and adding/removing the URL.
