Change icon of an endpoint
With the new UI being able to sort by device type, you should be able to change the icon/device type of an endpoint easily. It's annoying having to delete the endpoint and then recreate it just to change the icon.
Please update the CLI so that it listens for DoH requests
This is currently possible with DNSCrypt-Proxy, but is slightly more annoying to set up than the Control D CLI.
Block sites or apps for certien periods
Can I set times when for example, social media is blocked and times when it is unblocked?
Mobile app!
Need a mobile app!
Multiple time schedules
Multiple time schedules needed please.
UI Intuitiveness
Could the UI be designed to be more intuitive to non expert users, or am I missing something?
Do I have things working?
I don't know what I'm doing, I don't know the terminology well but have good common sense....I read there is a free vpn here. But yet better at getting the "works" on here for privacy...I'm not sure if I have the vpn working for me now or if all the documentation is reference for me and my device?
Custom Block Precidence
I noticed that if an application is permitted, the custom block rules do not stay in effect. For example, if I am blocking youtube.com as a domain, then allow the YouTube application, I am no longer blocked.
Some features that I would like implemented.
Recently switched over, so far I love what is being done here. A number of us here opt with Control D for self-accountability issues thus my suggestions are from that perspective. This service is something special and I want to start spreading the word.
UI Suggestion for Side Menu
I find myself clicking over and over again on the Analytics and Preferences drop down menu item instead of the sub menu item. I feel like this happens because the sub menu items are in the same indent and are the same size. If you just added the smallest indent or even reduced the sub menu text size it would clearly show these items are part of that drop down. This would prevent clicking the drop down needlessly when it is already open.
