Enable or disable one restriction on the profile. Enabling requires an existing, currently available identifier from GET /profiles/restrictions. Disabling does not require the restriction to remain in the available catalog. Repeating either operation does not create duplicate entries. Returns the complete updated list of restriction identifiers configured on the profile. Requires a bearer API token with write access. Organization members must have Admin permissions or higher. Locked profiles cannot be modified.
