Disable one restriction by supplying its identifier as PK in the request body. This is an alternative to DELETE /profiles/{profile_id}/restrictions/{name}, not a bulk deletion operation. Repeated disables succeed, including when the restriction is no longer in the available catalog. Requires a bearer API token with write access. Organization members must have Admin permissions or higher. Locked profiles cannot be modified.
