How to bypass captive portals and use on Chromebook

I used ctrl d on my chrome browser but it doesn't really work on the actually Chromebook itself the Ip is still the same and captive portals are not bypass how do you give Ctrl d full access to the Chromebook not just the browser?

Make 'AI Malware Filter' affecting A + AAAA for same domain

I've noticed that if 'AI Malware Filter' is enabled a domain gets only blocked by its IPv4 address (A record). The same domain was still resolvable with its original IPv6 address (AAAA record).
