Phishing Blocked prevents iOS messenger photos/videos

I recently updated my router ctrld to the latest and I noticed I can no longer send or receive photos and videos in iOS Messenger. If I toggle the "Phishing" options from blocked to allowed, then I am able to resume receiving and sending photos.

Also confirmed it was Control D by going off my Wifi and disabling the app on my phone and was able to resume functionality.

I didn't see any obvious option to fix this issue.
