Allow for Adding blocks but Prevent/Lock Deactivating Blocks
As the title suggests, I think allowing the addition of blocks and locking redirect or bypass or even unlocking the block would be a great feature. This could be a toggle in settings, and the way to allow full access could be through a special pin, or sending an email to a trusted individual who could then allow access.
The filters "Gambing" and "Malware" issues
Dear Sir,
I can't find the restore original dns button option on the GUI Setup Utility win 11
To remove the Control D resolver from the device, simply start the downloaded utility again (or download a new version) and press "Restore Original DNS" button.
Blocking of YouTube, Instagram and Facebook ads
I know they all serve through the parent domain but is there anyway that you can identify subdomains responsible for this and block them actively to give us ad-free experience on given platforms? In the EU, its becoming harder and harder to skip ads on Instagram.
New Service : Watcho App
Hi team, I am an active user of the redirection services of ControlD and even though I can access major streaming platforms from India, one key player is missing and that is the Watcho App. If you could somehow figure out and get this app onboarded and give us a way to redirect it through India would be of great help. Link for the service,https://www.watcho.com.
DNS Query Source Analytics
I recently discovered a useful KPI in AdGuard DNS that I believe could be valuable for network administrators using ControlD. It would be beneficial if ControlD could display the number of queries from each ASN or network provider with their names, along with their respective countries. Additionally, it would be helpful to see the breakdown of plain text and encrypted queries, with encrypted queries further broken down into DOT, DOH/3, and DOQ. I recently encountered a DNS leak and struggled to identify the issue until I noticed that a device was bypassing the system-level DNS settings. Using DNS query type filters, I discovered that the client was using DOT, which I had overlooked in the filters. With a broader overview of DNS query bifurcation based on plain, DOT, DOH/3, and DOQ, I could have easily identified the issue.
Consider granting control over _dns.resolver.arpa
It seems a bit weird that this domain is only controllable by the default allow/block control.
Please fix the last folder name being truncated in the “Move Rule to” dialog box (in desktop Google Chrome on macOS) and fix the broken folder search function

Please fix folder sort ordering so that lowercase English letters are sorted at the same position as uppercase English letters
I’ve uploaded a screenshot of the issue on my Google Drive at https://drive.google.com/file/d/19AeBepkf3ynaVx1jpNyrIphMtPIV8MXW/view?usp=drive_link. To reproduce, create a folder named “Zipcar” and a folder named “mParticle”. The latter folder is unexpectedly placed last because the leading letter is lowercase.
Please escape ampersand characters so that folder names like “AT&T” do not render as “AT&&T”
