Decouple IPv6 from IPv4 legacy resolvers

As far as I can tell, IPv6 legacy resolvers do not require IP authorization as they are unique per-device (please correct me if I’m wrong, but that has been my experience). If this is the case, I believe it should be possible to disable auto IP authorization for a device that only uses the v6 resolvers, as otherwise it is just needlessly collecting IP addresses that must be manually deleted.
