Over the past weekend, I had multiple issues that appear to have been caused by ControlDNS. In 2024 some of us still use IRC connections via mIRC and on Dec 7th my connection to a server that I have been using since 1999 went down. I thought nothing of it then because services had issues in the past. That is until I contacted some via email informing them of the issue and finding out they had no problem. Nothing in the block list showed any connection being blocked for this IRC server. I disabled all filters and that did not have an effect. Only when I put in a custom rule to allow connection to the server was I able to connect.

Hi ControlD team, the ctrld daemon is not working with the latest openwrt , the daemon installs with the auto script and shows as running, ctrld clients list shows the clients discovered but nothing is displayed in the dashboard, forwarding works when manually set under dnsmaq as 127.0.0.1#5354. forwarding worked fine in the older openwrt version Version 23.05.5

a feature that modify - all/certain default/custom (rules/folder)/filters options once a specific domain name is pinged, for specific amount of time

Would like the ability to configure Alerts or expand the API to pull activity log so I can write alerts. Is this capability on the roadmap?

Currently the activity log displays the client name but not the Alias that I created, can you have it display the alias?
