Please add the "Phishing-Database" blocklist
Third parties have not included all domains on the blocklist.
Here is a description what the phishing database is:
Please add The Big List of Hacked Malware Web Sites
This repository contains a list of all web sites I come across that are hacked with malware, ransomware or trojans. Most site owners are unaware their sites have been hacked and are being used to plant malware.
Please add Scam Blocklist by DurableNapkin
Several scam/phishing domains are not being blocked.
Please add Ukrainian Security Filter
Several malware domains are not blocked by your filters.
Please add new Malware/Scam/Phishing filter list
Hi there,
I noticed that the following phishing/malware filter is not included. This list can contain domains that are not blocked by other blocklists or the Hagazi TIF. Here are some examples of not blocked scam/malware domains that I found on the list:
The statistics show “Blocked by filter,” but the name is blank.
I am using the free version of controld. I would like to change my DNS provider, but I am experiencing numerous problems, such as timeouts and inaccurate statistics. I have already contacted support and was told that if I have activated several third-party block lists and the domain is present in different block lists, the block list that blocks the domain may not be the one that was displayed, which I personally don't like.
Proxy Issue
Recently, some IP addresses have not been functioning correctly. For example, some Hong Kong IPs provided by ControD do not work on WeChat, and due to the rotational nature of IPs, we have to disconnect and reconnect multiple times to get an IP that works on WeChat. The same issue exists with Albanian IPs. For some Albanian IPs, YouTube ads appear, while YouTube, by standard, does not have ads in that country. The IP addresses do not have the quality they used to.
Feature Request: Implementing Support for Alternative Ports for DNS Over TLS (DoT)
The fixed reliance on TCP/UDP Port 853 for DoT service delivery creates fragility due to widespread intentional firewall filtering. Implementing this feature would significantly improve the usability and reliability of your DoT offering across diverse network landscapes. To maximize service resilience and interoperability across restrictive networks, the DoT endpoints should offer an alternative port option.
Add blocklist anti-ad.net to the third-party filter lists
anti-ad.net maintains a up-to-date blocklist out there for malware, phishing, scam and fraud domains.
