Android 4 support/variant for ControlD Quick Setup

Hello! I don't know how many other people use Android 4 in this day and age, but I am surely not the only one. I was wondering if a version of the ControlD Quick Setup app supporting Android 4 could be created, or implemented directly into the app.

Intra has already proven that functional DoH support on Android 4 can and does exist, but due to a lack of support for Intra as well as its excusive usage of system certificates (and presumably, defaulting to TLS 1.1 or an earlier version) and failure to use user set certificates, many DNS over HTTPS servers simply don't work with it anymore.

This seems relatively easy to fix, such as through implementing a custom binary supporting TLS 1.2/3 such as OkHTTP or OpenSSL. Thank you for your time, and hopefully this gets implemented.
