You can view Source (Countries), Network Sources and ASNs, but you cannot view the Source IP of a DNS query.

I needed to see if one of my devices (NAS) was pinned correctly to an external WAN IP (I have multiple WAN IPs due to load balancing and failover) when making calls, but I was unable to do so via. Control D. This is a feature in NextDNS.
