Windows cntrld.exe unable to start during planned downtime
22 days ago
The controld Windows 11 cntrld.exe did not start on boot during the planned downtime just now. the error was "Unable to reach API".
This is a big problem: there was no DNS at all on the system.
This seems like a bug.
