Feature Requests: Custom block page background images & rich text formatting (bold/color)

I have a couple of suggestions to make custom block pages more flexible and visually polished:

External Background Images with Colour Overlays:
Allow users to input a direct image URL (hosted externally) to use as the background for custom block pages, along with an option to set a background color or tint. This would make family or corporate landing pages much easier to brand without requiring Control D to host media assets.

Rich Text Formatting (Bold & Text Color):
Add support for basic formatting (like bolding or changing text colors) within custom block messages. Being able to highlight specific words or phrases (such as a warning notice) would vastly improve readability.
