One more feature request from my side: it would be awesome if it was possible to specify the protocols used to talk to Control D in the autogenerated ctrld.toml, right from the dashboard, per-profile.

This would mean that we won't need to map resolver IDs to each client if we need to switch clients from DoH to DoH3 for example. Genuinely useful.

Proposed workflow:

Have a selector (or multiselect with priorities) in the profile options, called 'Preferred protocol', that would affect what settings get pushed to the clients on this profile requesting automatic configuration. That way the admin could choose, for example, to generate a config with DoH3 upstreams over DoH.
