Why my endpoints clients interface show Zero?

Hello Admin, I am new subscriber of ControlD and my endpoints are setup in a Router level but I wonder why there is no Clients shown on that endpoint while my routers shows 20+ clients.

Same for my other profile, specifically use for my own device Clients also shown zero even my Mobiles and other gadgets is already using ControlD (Status Page)

is this normal?

because I really wanted to see who's device visiting "this and that" things so I can adjust the Filters for them.

I visited https://docs.controld.com/docs/device-clients but its too complex for me 😆
