Feedback on Turkey Public Proxy Performance & Request for Custom SNI Proxy Documentation

Hi ControlD Team,
I have two points I would like to raise regarding my current setup for streaming Turkish content:

  1. Performance Issues with Turkey Public Proxy
I am currently using the Turkey Public Proxy to access Netflix, but I am experiencing significant buffering and speed issues. The stream often hangs or fails to load high-quality video. Is there a way to optimize the routing or increase the bandwidth for the Turkish exit node to ensure a smoother streaming experience?
  2. Documentation for Custom SNI Proxy (BYOP)
Because of the performance issues mentioned, I tried to set up my own SNI Proxy on a VPS located in Istanbul. I used Nginx with the stream module and the Gost proxy to bridge the traffic.
Technically, the setup seems to work: the SNI routing is functional, and the logs confirm that the handshakes are being passed through. However, Netflix consistently hangs at 25% buffering.
I suspect my VPS provider's IP range might be flagged as a data center by Netflix. To rule out any configuration mistakes on my end, I would like to ask:
    • Do you provide any official documentation or "Best Practices" for users who want to use their own SNI Proxy as a custom "Redirect" target in ControlD?
    • Are there specific Nginx stream parameters (like buffer sizes, timeouts, or handling of specific headers) that are required to avoid the common "25% hang" issue?
Providing a guide for a "Bring Your Own Proxy" setup would be extremely helpful for advanced users who have access to local VPS providers but want to keep using the ControlD DNS logic.

    BR
