Feature Request: Create Rules for Multiple Profiles

I'd like to be able to add rules to multiple profiles at the same time

From the Activity Log using the edit icon (multi-select list)
(Nice to have) Profile page on the dashboard.
(Nice to have?) Endpoint page? Not sure if this is even necessary, but I could also see it being better than Profile page because it gives you a more complete view of your setup since the profiles were added as links.

I know this can easily be handled via API, but it's overkill and less efficient in some scenarios or not even viable in others.
