Italian local governement websites are blocked

Already reported on Redding two months ago.

I wanted to point out that municipal websites (Italian local authorities) are filtered by ControlD and require manual bypassing of individual domains.

For example:
www.comune.finomornasco.co.it
www.comune.origgio.va.it
www.comune.roma.it

Cities domains are governative websites.

Two-letter domains (that represents the area near a big city) in Italy are for exclusive government use.

Strangely enough, www.comune.milano.it works. www.comune.mediglia.mi.it doesn't work. https://www.comune.messina.it/ doesn't work.

ControlD should start with all the abbreviation codes available here: https://kb.bullseyelocations.com/article/63-italy-province-codes

Each of these abbreviations has a .it domain linked to all the local municipalities in that province.

In addition, for each province (i.e., a larger local authority), there is also an extended domain: *.como.it, *.messina.it, *.reggioemilia.it, etc., so the “Province name” column without spaces.

I tried to add some bypass rules like *.co.it or *.mi.it but don't work.

The domain test page shows this result:

RCODE SERVFAIL
Flags RA RD

Please solve because it is a painful problem.
