It is frankly jarring to see Google reCAPTCHA being used here. Considering ControlD and Windscribe are services built entirely around the concept of user privacy, relying on Google for bot detection seems like a massive contradiction.

I suggest swapping this out for a privacy-friendly alternative such as Cloudflare Turnstile. This switch would resolve two major issues:

Privacy: It eliminates the reliance on Google's data collection, which creates a more consistent privacy stance for your brand.

Usability: It fixes the inconvenience of having to identify crosswalks and buses. Turnstile is often invisible and verifies the user without the intrusive puzzles.

Please consider implementing this to better align the feedback platform with the ethos of your actual products.
