[Feature] add option to filter activity logs on custom rules

I like the Dashboard 2.0 but im still missing an option to filter logs in Activity log for custom rules.

Currently it contains built in rules and 3rd party filters but missing one option called "Custom rules" which will definitely help with diagnosis. This could be also added to the filter view on Statistics page as well.
