Add ability to use the Source-ASN in custom rules

Today we can create custom rules to bypass/block based on Destination-ASN, like so:
@AS00000 - Destination Autonomous System (AS).
!@AS00000 - NOT destination Autonomous System (AS).
I would like the possibility to create custom rules to bypass/block based on the Source-ASN, like so:
#AS00000 - Source Autonomous System (AS).
!#AS00000 - NOT source Autonomous System (AS).
Similar to how the GEO rules work.
Use case: When having a mobile-phone end-point, make sure that only queries are allowed from the telecom-provider used (like KPN with AS1136). With a blocking rule like !#AS1136.
