Feature request: Make it easier to see which endpoint/device is originating requests on a phone

Currently, I need to tap the circled "i" icon for every entry in the Activity Log when viewing the log on my phone to see which endpoint originated the DNS lookup. That's is pretty tedious given the icon's close proximity to the edit icon just below it.

It'd be easier if there was just some way to see at a glance which endpoint caused the activity (through a text label, a platform icon, color-coded log entries, or otherwise).
