Feature request: Add ability to modify the "Domain/Hostname" field for a rule in a folder

Currently, changing a rule for a domain like "api.example.com" to "example.com" requires creating a new rule for "example.com" and then deleting the old rule for "api.example.com" when it would be more convenient to be able to simply modify the existing rule.
