Persuade Akamai and Fastly CDNs to Respect ECS from Control D resolvers.

Currently both Akamai and Fastly accept ECS from Google,Cloudflare and OpenDNS public resolvers, I hope Control D persuade them to accept and Respect ECS from Control D resolvers too as it would help for users to get optimal cdn server which is currently not possible.
