Handling multiple subnets in Unifi

I currently have 8 different local subnets defined on my Unifi UDM. The controld is only reporting 2 (the 2 highest numbered ironically) subnets as clients under the Unifi router endpoint.

I have reinstalled, updated and rerun configurations and cannot get all the subnets to use the controld service despite showing all clients in the CLI.

Thoughts?
