[Request] to add "FOD" to Video services

FOD is a Japanese streaming service. I think it stands for Fuijitv On Demand.

I have tested redirects for the Android TV app.
The app doesn't require login for Free content. So can easily get tested by control d mod.
However, free contains is very limited. I tested a few free anime episodes.
