FEATURE REQUEST: option to block/enable/redirect for the whole services category or multiple select

Currently there is no option to block or redirect for the whole category, only option to enable individual services one by one.

So is it possible to add an option to select multiple and apply the Block/bypass/redirect at once or apply to the whole category in the services (similar what its possible on the custom rules and folders)
