Hi team,

I'm requesting to add the CERT.pl warning list (https://cert.pl/en/warning-list/) as a third-party list.

This is a critical, up-to-date resource from the official Computer Emergency Response Team for Poland. Adding it would significantly improve our protection against phishing and malware threats that are specifically targeting Polish users.
