Issue - AAAA record is bypass but A record is blocked

I have just recently noticed that A and AAAA records are filtered differently. In this example A record is blocked by AI strict rule, but AAAA is bypassed and all has same timing.

Now Domain test shows thats all bypass which might be OK, but it doesnt explain different behavior about 12 hours ago where A record was blocked and AAAA bypassed.
