First, thank you for building a powerful and flexible DNS platform. As an MSP, Control D has been a great fit for managing DNS protection across many client environments.

One feature that would improve our operational visibility is the ability to view analytics across all organizations from a single pane in the Control D console.

Currently, we must switch between individual orgs to view:

Most blocked queries

Most allow-listed (bypassed) queries

Most commonly seen queries

For MSPs managing dozens or hundreds of orgs, this slows down threat detection, limits pattern analysis, and creates friction for reporting and proactive response.

Why this matters:
Aggregated analytics help identify trends across clients (e.g., widespread phishing attempts)

Centralized reporting saves time and improves visibility

Enables quicker threat response, as we could see which customers are impacted by specific threats

An ideal implementation would offer:

A global analytics dashboard with filters for time, org, and query type

Summarized top blocked, allowed, and queried domains across all orgs

This would make Control D even more valuable as a multi-tenant DNS security platform. Thanks again for your great work on this awesome platform.
