We’d love to see native support for Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) Single Sign-On (SSO). For MSPs and IT professionals who manage multiple organizations, Entra ID integration is one of the most important features we look for in all our technical tools.

As Microsoft Partners, most MSPs are within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Managing a growing number of tools — each with separate logins and MFA methods — becomes an administrative and security burden. Being able to centralize access to Control D using Entra ID would dramatically simplify onboarding, improve security, and reduce friction across teams.

Fewer credentials to manage across multiple tenants and staff

Stronger security by enforcing Entra Conditional Access and MFA policies

Scalable access control aligned with Microsoft 365 best practices

We’re enthusiastic about the direction Control D is going, and love the sub-org functionality. We'd love to see this level of identity integration added, and I know it'd be quite crucial for most other MSPs.
