Feature Request: Custom Rules Audit

I think it would be incredibly useful to combine the two amazing tools of custom rules and domain test to be able to audit the manual rules.

For example, to get rid of redundant rules, it would be nice to see if a manually "blocked" rule is already blocked by a profile's filters, or a "bypass" entry does not appear on any filters in a profile.

This would allow for some very useful cleanup for those of us who have accumulated tons of custom rules over the years with no way of knowing if they are included/no longer included in filters.
