[FEATURE REQUEST] - add an option to change the payment method and add paypal

When I have payment method set to debit card (for example) and I would like to change it to the bitcoin i cant.. It only allows to change debit card number not the method.

Also it was mentioned in other request a bout a year ago but can you also add PayPal as well ?
