Allow for Adding blocks but Prevent/Lock Deactivating Blocks

As the title suggests, I think allowing the addition of blocks and locking redirect or bypass or even unlocking the block would be a great feature. This could be a toggle in settings, and the way to allow full access could be through a special pin, or sending an email to a trusted individual who could then allow access.

I think this would greatly help those of us who are using controld to environmentally optimize and get work done. In my eyes, this would take controld from pretty good to great.

I know about the pin deactivation and the password for any changes (this causes friction to add a block).
