Alternative/backup bootstrap ip for encrypted DNS on Windows 11 and router

Is there an alternative Bootstrap IP (encrypted) which can be used for alternate/backup IP address when configure router or Windows 11 endpoint ?

Currently shows only one 76.76.2.22 (unless its legacy unencrypted) so with one only doesnt give too much resiliency. So if there is an second bootstrap IP (Encrypted) please update the GUI for endpoints

On you site https://docs.controld.com/docs/control-d-ip-ranges shows also 76.76.10.22 so i guess its the alternative resolver can you confirm that ? if its true please update the GUI to have the alternative resolver IP address for IP4 and IPv6 so people dont need to spend lots of google search.
