I have 2 suggestions for improving Services:

1. The ability to select all individual items within a category (i.e. with one click, a "select all") and choose to block/bypass/redirect them on mass. You can then still go and edit individual items that you want to afterwards for customization.
2. To improve and expand your categories of services, so that Control D can be better used as a web filter. What I mean is, I would like to see Control D to be able to compete with OpenDNS (which has excellent web filter categorisation available, utilising their backend Cisco Umbrella, but it sadly has an outdated front end GUI with poor logging and poor device support), NextDNS (which only has a handful of web filter categories) and SafeDNS (you cannot use DoH without paying lots of money on their business plans and it doesn't have very good mobile device support in comparison). I feel that if Control D could categorise more websites into more service categories, than Control D could be a much better parental control tool. Have a look at SafeDNS' list of web filter categories to see what I mean (this is similar to OpenDNS' list): https://blog.safedns.com/using-categories-for-web-filtering/ I don't know how many websites they have within those categories of course.
