DNS block rule limit only the first in the activity log

I have noticed that Activity log shows blocked DNS request only for one list (like example Hagezi etc..) but in reality the exact block DNS rule is across multiple list such as OIS, ADguard, 1host and your ones as well..

So can you please add an option to see where this DNS rule is used across the applied filters. So if hit for example xxxxxx.com it will show that Hagezi, Adguard, builtin ads & trackers filters have the same and been applied instead of only one like at the moment.
