Client Data over DOQ

Any chance we could get client data (device id/hostname/mac etc) via DOQ? I know its supported with DOH and DOH3, which I currently use for this reason in my ctrld toml file. Just curious if DOQ will ever supported. I know its probably negligible but im wanting to use DOQ as it has a slight performance edge.
