3rd party lists: User feedback

So many users have already requested further integration of 3rd party lists in Control D Feedback/Discussions and Reddit.
Unfortunately, Control D, as a "highly customizable" DNS service, is reluctant to include them.
So much for user feedback!

No, we don't just want them integrated into the native lists; we users want them as 3rd party lists and to decide for ourselves.

Therefore, we are asking again to add the following lists as 3rd party blocklists:

Hagezi Badware Hoster (no, not file hosters, badware hosters)
Hagezi Most Abused TLDs combined (block + allow)
Hagezi Spam IDNs
Hagezi Referral Allow
Dandelion Sprout's Anti-Malware List
Energized Blu
