How Does A Customer Report a False Positive/False Negative?

I am a paying customer on the full control plan. I noticed in my ControlD activity log that the domain p.controld.com is blocked by an AdGuard Filter. I wanted to report this so that ControlD can get this fixed. I go to the “Ask Barry” page. It instructs me to report this via the “Domain Test” page. The “Domain Test” page shows the AdGuard block BUT there is no way on the page to report a false positive or a false negative. There is no option to report a problem.

How do you expect customers to report problems if there is no way to report a problem? If you want customers to report problems from the Domain Test page you need a button that creates a report that describes the problem.
