API unavailable error while sideloading on Nvidia Shield Pro TV

Hi, when I try to connect to the endpoint on my shield pro I get an error saying that the API is unavailable.

Same endpoint works fine on my phone however.

Sideloading used to work fine but I think this problem started occuring right around the latest release.

Any help is appreciated.
