Exclude Apps from VPN

I am using the ControlD quick configuration app on Android due to faster performance with DOH3 compares to DOT, and ability to use TOML configurations.

However, I am having difficulty in that my cable provider's streaming app is using on-device VPN detection and because ControlD is using the system VPN slot, the cable provider's app won't open. It says to disconnect the VPN and try again

Need a way to opt certain applications out (split tunnel).
