Feature Request: Random from same Country and Timezone

Choosing “Random” as the proxy destination is obviously a bit chaotic by design. It would be great to have a random option that would only choose randomly between POPs that are in the same country and/or time zone as the originating request.

This would insert some randomness to a user’s traffic while providing a more stable experience. It would also make it more functional as a default rule.

One downside is that its usefulness would be mostly limited to countries with multiple POPs in the same time zone.
