Suggestion for Implementation: Secure Communication via PGP/GPG
Dear ControlD team,
I am writing to suggest an enhancement to our communication channel. Given that ControlD is a privacy-focused service, offering solutions such as DoH (DNS over HTTPS) and DoT (DNS over TLS), I would like to propose implementing a PGP/GPG key for email communications with support.
Many users who value privacy and utilize your services are likely already familiar with PGP/GPG encryption for email communications. Providing an official ControlD public key would allow these users to send encrypted messages to support, thereby increasing the security level of communications.
This implementation would be entirely optional: users who wish to do so could use the public key to send encrypted messages, while others could continue with the current method of plain text communication.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response regarding this suggestion.
Best regards.
